Summer Computer Camp 2013
This summer, the Salisbury Township School District Technology Department will be offering free workshops for incoming 5th and 6th grade students. Participants will work together to create and share multimedia projects using a variety of software on the Mac. Computers, cameras, and iPads will be provided.
Both sessions will be held at Salisbury Middle School, located at 3301 Devonshire Road, Allentown, PA, 18103.
The workshops will be led by Christina Westfall and Matt Ritter, computer technicians at Harry S. Truman and Western Salisbury Elementary schools.
Students will shoot video and will use editing techniques to create unique movies. Students will also use GarageBand to create an original song and explore creative ways to share finished masterpieces. On the final day, students will have the opportunity to showcase their projects for parents.
