Middle School Digital Aces

by Randy Ziegenfuss

Salisbury Middle School Digital Aces gathered recently to learn about using QuickTime Player to create screencasts. Students chose a topic for their screencast that represented new learning using the computer. Working in small groups, students organized their thinking using traditional storyboards. Since many of the topics are useful to other students and staff, links to the student screencasts will be shared on the STSD Technology Help site. Thank you to Mrs. Barbara Jaindl, Mr. David Beyer and Mrs. Lynn Fuini-Hetten for working with the SMS Digital Aces!

I love to see students’ work “published” online! I look forward to finding more platforms to share these products on Digital Literacy Day (February 1, 2012) and Teen Tech Week in March. Great lead, Digital Aces!
